For first time customers, please call us for a customized consultation at no charge to you. If you're not completely satisfied with JC Tonic® after 30 days of consecutive use according to the directions given, we will be happy to offer you a complete refund.
For unopened bottles: unless the packaging has been damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please contact us via phone or email if you would like to send an order back and request a refund.
Shipping Policy:
We do our very best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. All Canadian and International orders are shipped via GlobalPost International Standard service.
